Diets
Let me start by saying that I don't believe in "diets" as we think of them. Diets are a temporary fix for what should be a lifestyle change. We are so preoccupied with a quick fix and instant results that we have lost all common sense. We are told by adds on TV that if you take this pill you can loose all the weight you want in all the right places. My favorite are the ones that say that they took a pill, watched what they ate, and exercised more and they lost weight. Common sense says that if you watch what you eat and increase your activity level that you will loose weight without the unnecessary pill. There are no magic pills or quick fixes here. You won't loose all the weight you want in 30 days but you will feel better and be healthier. This is for people who want a permanent change, a lifestyle change.
