Here are just a few snack ideas.
Sliced Cheese and wheat crackers with grapes
Slices Tomatoes with slices of Mozzarella, maybe a little basil too
Carrots and dip
Apples or celery sticks with Peanut Butter
Peanut butter and fruit spread sandwich
Cream cheese and fruit spread sandwich
Pasta Salad (with tomatoes, olives, cucumbers, parmesan cheese and italian dressing)
Chicken Caesar salad
Chicken salad on spinach leaves
Yogurt with fruit
Hummus with whole grain pita chips or even veggies
Fruit Salad
Veggie plate
Tuna on crackers
Have fun with it, be creative and mix and match until you find things that you like. Then keep mixing it up so that you don't get bored and so you eat a variety of foods. Also remember if it is meant to be a snack keep the portions small so that it is a snack and you're not eating 6 big meals a day.
